Join us for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath held in the tranquil garden of the historic Italianate Glasshouse in Broadstairs. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and the ethereal presence of this 19th-century architectural gem, this outdoor session invites you to rest, relax, & reconnect with yourself & nature.
Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, the sound bath will blend the therapeutic vibrations from 432hz crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, framed drums, chimes, a range of percussion instruments, and other meditative instruments to gently soothe the body and mind.
Eleanor draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, Breathwork, sound, energy and colour therapy. She has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Ayurveda Institute UK, as well as under master teachers across Europe, Central America, and Asia. In…
