I still remember the first time I sank my feet into the warm sands of Zanzibar — the feeling of time dissolving, of space expanding, and something deep within me coming alive. The ocean has its own kind of wisdom, and under the stars, with the sound of waves and song, I felt completely held.

Each day we’ll gather for morning yoga by the sea, sound immersions with gongs and bowls, guided meditations, and rituals to honour the natural beauty around and within us. There will be time for beach walks, sunset swims, island excursions, and space to rest as much as you need.

Through movement, music, and the magic of Zanzibar, you’ll remember what it feels like to move with ease, breathe deeply, and live from the heart.
