THE SETTING

Quaives Estate

19 acres of private grounds - rolling meadows, ancient trees, and a fresh water stream open for wild swimming. A place to breathe deeply and remember what your body already knows.

To celebrate the longest day of the year, come home to yourself. A full day of movement, stillness, nourishment and deep rest — set among 19 acres of living grounds, a fresh water stream, and the ancient rhythm of midsummer light.

THE ARC OF THE DAY

What unfolds

Arrivals & Welcome Tonic

Settle in. Be received. Begin to arrive.

Stoke Your Inner Fire

Core vinyasa yoga with Sun Salutations — a morning practice to ignite your energy and honour the solstice sun.

Mid-Morning Break & Refreshments

Pause. Breathe. Replenish.

Kriya & Somatic Movement Workshop

Free-form movement with live drumming. This movement meditation is designed to release physical tension, emotional blockages, and liberate energy you didn't know you were holding.

Nourishing Lunch

A two-course buffet by nutritional chef Naomi Grady (Archive, Gather &), grounded in naturopathic principles and functional nourishment — thoughtfully composed to sustain and support you through the afternoon.

Two Hours of Free Time

19 acres of grounds open to you — wander, swim in the fresh water stream, journal, sleep in the sun. This time is yours.

Afternoon Tea & Cake

Tea, coffee and cake - time to sit and chat.

Acu-Yin: Fire of the Heart

A unique interactive class weaving Chinese meridian theory, acupressure, and traditional Yin yoga. You'll learn to stimulate your own meridian points - releasing energy flow and creating deep well-being.

Multi-Instrumental Sound Bath

Close the day in a deeply immersive, multi-instrument sound journey. Emotionally restorative. Gently reconnecting. A perfect place to arrive at the end of a long, beautiful day.
