Holistic Healing Coaching — 3 Month Journey

My 3-month Holistic Healing Coaching program is a personalised journey designed to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected, while giving you simple, practical steps to weave into daily life.

Together we’ll work with a blend of these practices:

Ayurvedic lifestyle & nutrition guidance

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, offers practical and natural ways to bring the body and mind back into balance. In our sessions, we’ll look closely at your daily routines, energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. I’ll then suggest accessible, kitchen-friendly adjustments — from food choices and herbal remedies you likely already have at home, to small lifestyle changes that fit easily into your day. These aren’t overwhelming overhauls, but gentle, steady steps to help you feel more nourished, grounded, and energised.

Reiki & Sound Therapy

Energy healing and sound therapy create space for the body and spirit to reset. Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and restore a natural sense of flow, while instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and drums create deep relaxation and support emotional release. Whether used together or separately, Reiki and sound therapy encourage harmony on all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Breathwork & meditation

The breath is a direct bridge between body and mind. With practices like conscious connected breathing, gentle pranayama, and guided meditation, you’ll learn tools to regulate your energy, release stress, and find inner calm. Together we’ll explore how different techniques can help you shift your state — whether you need to ground, energise, or unwind. You’ll also receive practices you can continue at home, so your breath becomes an anchor you can return to whenever you need clarity and balance.

Coaching & Support

Lasting change isn’t only about letting go of what no longer serves you — it’s also about building new patterns that truly support your wellbeing. Through reflective conversations and regular coaching sessions, you’ll be guided to shift your mindset, create sustainable habits, and align daily choices with your goals. This is a space of compassionate support and accountability, offering you practical tools and encouragement to weave healing practices into everyday life.

Initial 2-hour consultation — a full life review covering work, relationships, diet, energy, sleep, digestion, and more, ending with simple first steps you can start right away.
 

  • 6–8 tailored 60–75 min sessions — each session combines the modalities that suit your needs at that specific point within your journey.
     

  • Integration session (75 mins) — reflecting on your journey, refining your plan, and setting up your next steps.
     

  • Between-session support — check-ins, online support, practical tools, and resources to keep you supported throughout.

  • Core Package — £795
    Includes intake, 6 sessions, 3 monthly check-ins, and resources.

     

  • Deep Dive Package — £1,195
    Includes intake, 8 sessions, 12 weekly check-ins, resources, Monday - Friday Whatsapp support.

     

Payment plans are available, and if price is a barrier, please reach out — accessibility is important to me.

How It Works

  • Sessions can take place online (Zoom) or in person. Home visits are also available (travel and time supplements may apply).
     

  • This coaching is not about quick fixes or overwhelming theory — it’s about practical, gentle steps that bring balance to body, mind, and spirit, guided by ancient wisdom and modern holistic tools.
