Due to demand floating Frequencies heads back to the beach with Reiki Master Diana Cox on Saturday the 5th of July for a morning of sound bathing and energy healing beside the sea.

Join Eleanor and Diana Cox for this multi-instrumental journey into sound assisted with Reiki energy healing beside the sea.
We'll start with some gentle movement before practicing some vocal toning, both of these exercises are used to relax and prepare your nervous system in order to better absorb the healing frequencies of sound and reiki then you'll be guided through a short meditation before the sound and reiki begin.
You'll be bathed in frequencies from a gong, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, a shruti, vocals, and more, whilst receiving Reiki from Diana Cox, who has been a Reiki Master since 2008.
What is provided:
- A padded mat (feel free to bring a yoga mat to put on the top if you want to double up)
