Sound, Sand & Sea : Multi-instrumental Sound Bath on the Beach 2nd August

Join Eleanor for this multi-instrumental journey into sound beside the sea.

We'll start with some gentle movement before practicing some vocal toning, both of these exercises are used to relax and prepare your nervous system in order to better absorb the healing frequencies of sound then you'll be guided through a short meditation before the sound bath begins. You'll be bathed in frequencies from a gong, himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, framed drums, a shruti, vocals, and more.

What is provided:

- A padded mat (feel free to bring a yoga mat to put on the top if you want to double up for extra comfort)

- Eye pillows
