The final sound bath on the beach of 2026. Due to demand and good weather we've added one last session by the sea before the season turns.

We'll start with some gentle movement before practising some vocal toning. Both of these exercises are used to relax and prepare your nervous system so you can better absorb the healing frequencies of sound.
