We begin with gentle movement to awaken the body and invite presence. From here, you’ll be guided into a multi-instrumental sound bath interwoven with hands-on massage, light touch, and energy work - a deeply restorative experience that allows you to release tension, soften, and drift into spacious rest.
Throughout the session, sound will hold and guide you, carrying you deeper into yourself while we gently hold space - tending to your journey and softly bringing you back when it is time to close.
