Join us for a multi-instrumental journey into sound assisted with Reiki energy healing beside the sea.
We'll start with some gentle movement before practicing some vocal toning, both of these exercises are used to relax and prepare your nervous system in order to better absorb the healing frequencies of sound and reiki then you'll be guided through a short meditation before the sound and reiki begin.
You'll be bathed in frequencies from a gong, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, a shruti, vocals, and more, whilst receiving Reiki from a certified Reiki Master.
This session is open to all, everybody is welcome and no experience is necessary. We only ask that you come with an open heart and mind.
