Eleanor Yankah presents Floating Frequencies; a multi-instrumental sound bath in candle light. Experience ultimate relaxation with the assistance from a gong, shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes, vocals, and more.

The session will include a guided meditation and a gentle breathing technique to induce ultimate relaxation. 

Eleanor is a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, facilitating Rebirthing Breathwork, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Ayurvedic Consultations, Sound Therapy and has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurvedic Institute UK, as well as with masters of Ayurveda, Breathwork and Reiki in Europe, Central-America and Asia.
