This multi-instrumental including a gong, shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes, vocals and more. The session will include a guided meditation and a gentle breathing technique to induce ultimate relaxation. Eleanor is a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner who has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurvedic Institute UK, as well as with masters of Ayurveda, Breathwork and Reiki in Europe, Central-America and Asia. In the field of sound healing, Eleanor trained with Sound Healing Bali, under the internationally renowned multi-instrumental sound healer and award winning musician Shervin Baloorian.
