Join us for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath, as we move from the gardens into being inside the historic Italianate Glasshouse. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and the ethereal presence of this 19th-century architectural gem, this session invites you to rest, relax, & reconnect with yourself & nature.

Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, the sound bath will blend the therapeutic vibrations from 432hz crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, framed drums, chimes, a range of percussion instruments, tuning forks, and other meditative instruments to gently soothe the body and mind.
