Join us for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath within the serene and spacious surroundings of St George’s Church. Let the resonance of the instruments and the stillness of the setting guide you into rest, relaxation, and reconnection.
Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, the sound bath will blend the therapeutic vibrations of 432 Hz crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, framed drums, chimes, and other meditative instruments to gently soothe the body and mind.
