Ramsgate Autumn Sound Bath: The Quiet Season

As Ramsgate Autumn Festival comes to an end, join Floating Frequencies for a restorative sound journey inspired by the turning of the season, a chance to slow down, reflect and settle into the shift from autumn to winter.

Lie back while gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, frame and ocean drums, shruti box, tuning forks and vocals guide you into a state of deep rest and ultimate relaxation, in the quiet of St George's Church.

Led by Eleanor, a sound therapist trained in Himalayan singing bowl therapy and the Tama-Do approach to sound, with a background that also draws on Ayurveda and breathwork.

Supported by Ramsgate Town Council, tickets for both sessions are offered at 50% of the usual price, so the evening is more accessible to local residents and visitors alike.
