floating frequencies multi-instrumental sound bath comes to Radford House for an evening journey into sound.

A multi-instrumental sound bath including gongs, a shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes and more. This sea inspired sound bath has emerged from Eleanor’s love and profound connection to the sea and the element of water. The session will include movement & focused breathing techniques to induce ultimate relaxation.

 In the field of sound, Eleanor has trained in Bali under the internationally renowned multi-instrumental sound healer and award winning musician Shervin Baloorian.

 She is a holistic healing practitioner who has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurveda Institute UK, as well as with masters of Ayurveda, Breathwork and Reiki in Europe, Central-America and Asia.

NB: Please bring a mat, a cushion, a blanket perhaps, anything that makes you comfortable on a concrete floor. Tickets are limited.
