Immerse yourself in the rich tonalities of a gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, framed & ocean drums, shruti box, tuning forks and occasionally, the human voice, each contributing to an orchestra of healing frequencies. Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary practitioner, who draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, Breathwork, sound, energy and colour therapy.
