Due to demand & after the success of the last day retreat, we're back for one last opportunity to slow down together before the summer ends.
To celebrate the end of summer, come home to yourself. An afternoon of movement, stillness, nourishment and deep rest —-set among 19 acres of living grounds, with a fresh water stream, secret gardens and the golden light of late summer.
THE ARC OF THE AFTERNOON
Arrivals & Welcome Juice Settle in, meet the group and take in the grounds before we begin.
Yin Yang Yoga Held in the secret garden. We begin with yang — active, flowing movement to build warmth and energy - before slowing into yin: long-held, supported postures that settle the body and nervous system, the perfect preparation for the sound bath that follows.
