A gentle 2.5-hour seasonal gathering of grounding, sound and reflection overlooking the gardens and sea.
You are warmly invited to join us for a morning of reconnection and renewal as we mark the turning of the Spring Equinox - a moment of balance, emergence, and quiet new beginnings.
Held at Bleak House, this immersive experience offers space to slow down, reset, and come home to yourself. As the light returns and the season shifts, this is an opportunity to move forward with greater intention - feeling grounded, clear and supported in both body and mind.
We’ll begin with a relaxed arrival and herbal tea, before stepping into the garden (weather permitting) for grounding and gentle somatic movement, allowing the body to awaken naturally and settle into presence.
