Zoe Carpenter

Zoe first trained In the Health and Fitness industry over 20 years ago as a Personal Trainer and group Ex Instructor.
Zoe enjoys teaching a Yin-Yang style of yoga with physical functional alignments for each unique body, as taught by Paul and Suzee Grilley (Pioneers in Functional Yin Yoga).
Combined with a focus on heart-centered and mindfulness practices, to balance the energies of modern life.
As a long-term student Zoe is currently studying Acu-yin, Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, 5 elements theory, is trained in myoyin (myofascial release + yin yoga) and specialises in Menopause Yoga.

Ellie Yankah

Ellie is a multidisciplinary practitioner. Working with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
From studying Biomedicine at the College of Naturaopathic Medicine, London, and then graduating as as Ayurvedic Consultant specialising in Lifestyle and Nutrition with Ayurveda Institute UK.
In the field of sound healing, Eleanor has trained under internationally renowned and award winning multi-instrumental sound healer Shervin Baloorian.
Expect a journey through sound using a gong, shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes and more. Her sea inspired sound journies have emerged from Eleanor’s love and profound connection to the sea and the element of water.
